A space to pause, reflect, and respond with intention.
Clinical supervision offers a structured space to reflect on practice, strengthen clinical skill, and support sound decision-making.
It is relevant across roles—from psychologists in supervised or expanding practice, to professionals working in rehabilitation, disability, or care-based settings.
Supervision supports:
- Safe and ethical care
- Clear, grounded clinical thinking
- Ongoing learning and skill development
- Awareness of patterns that shape how we work with others
My Approach
I use a relational approach to supervision that integrates clinical skill development with attention to the therapeutic relationship and your use of self.
We attend not only to the work itself, but to how it is experienced—by your clients and by you. This includes exploring patterns, in-the-moment responses, and relational dynamics that shape practice.
The aim is to support clearer decision-making, stronger client outcomes, and more sustainable, grounded work over time.
Who is Clinical Supervision for?
This work may be a fit if you are:
- A professional in human services, health care, leadership, or education working in complex environments and navigating competing demands, uncertainty, or high-stakes decisions. You may be looking for a space to step back, think clearly, and respond more intentionally.
- A registered provisional psychologist working toward independent practice seeking structured supervision that supports skill development, clinical reasoning, and readiness for registration, while also allowing space for reflection and growth.
- A registered psychologist expanding into a new area of practice (such as assessment, rehabilitation, or working with new populations) and looking for consultation to build confidence, refine approach, and ensure alignment with standards.
- A counsellor or therapist seeking consultation and reflective space to think through clinical work, explore patterns, and strengthen decision-making in a collaborative, non-evaluative way.
How We Might Work Together
Supervision is offered in a structured yet flexible way, depending on your role and needs. This may include:
- Individual supervision
- Small group supervision or teaching (when available)
- Review of reports and clinical documentation
- Consultation for complex or time-sensitive situations
All work is tailored to your context, stage of development, and area of practice.
Fees/Investment
For those working within community or care-based organizations, needs and structures can vary. Organizational rates and group-based options (e.g., communities of practice) may be available. I welcome a conversation to explore what might be a good fit for you or your team.
External clinical supervision for registered provisional psychologists is offered at a standard rate of $235 per hour and includes the required evaluative components aligned with CAP expectations. Additional costs for travel or onsite supervision may apply.
You are welcome to book an initial consultation to explore fit and discuss your supervision or consultation needs.
