Practice Scope

You may be moving through your days meeting responsibilities and showing up for others, while sensing that something is no longer in balance.

For many, this shows up as a quiet strain—holding ongoing pressure, making decisions, and carrying more than is visible from the outside, often with little space to pause.

This practice offers a place to step back and look more closely at your experience—a space to think clearly, respond more intentionally, and move in a way that is sustainable over time. Together, we work to understand the patterns, habits, and pressures shaping how you think, feel, and respond.

Our work is collaborative and grounded in both insight and practical change. The focus is on building awareness, strengthening self-regulation, and supporting shifts that are realistic, sustainable, and aligned with what matters most to you.

Common areas of focus include:

  • Life transitions
  • Leadership and workplace strain
  • Anxiety and low mood
  • Cumulative stress and burnout

This approach is best suited for individuals who are open to reflection and willing to engage in the process. The work tends to unfold over time, through steady attention both within and between sessions.

This practice does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in immediate distress, please contact 911 or your local crisis line. If your needs fall outside the scope of this practice, support will be provided in identifying appropriate resources.

All services are confidential and provided in accordance with the standards of the College of Alberta Psychologists.
